I was born and raised in Detmold, Germany, where I started my career in hotel management and moved to Ireland before coming to Scotland in 2007. After a while I started taking friends and family around the country and to all my favourite places, which got me interested in taking up tour guiding.

Over the years I have developed a keen interest and therefore knowledge in contemporary Scottish culture, castles, whisky, wildlife and Highland/Jacobite history. I love the sheer beauty of the Scottish landscape, the rough mountain tops, deep lochs, beautiful coastal routes and wild moors and enjoy the opportunity to take a trip around the country any time. My hope is that at the end of my tours my guests can understand and comprehend the love I feel for Scotland and why I have chosen it as my new home.
