I am a Russian speaking guide and worked in the tourist industry in my home country for seven years.
I have been living in Scotland for ten years now and the more I live here the more I like the country – its natural beauty, its stunning landscapes, its people and traditions, music and folklore. I understood that I wanted to share my passion with the others, which is why I became a tour guide here.
Being qualified in 2016 course for Highlands of Scotland Tour Guide Association I am now offering my guests to see and to feel the best that the Country has to offer, from remote corners of the Highlands to whisky distilleries, famous castles and palaces.

Driver Guide in the Highlands and Moray
Regularly complimented as their ‘best tour guide by far’ or my tour being the ‘highlight’ of their trip my clients appreciate what I offer as a guide. Like a good malt whisky, a tour is about creating the very best blend of places, stories and scenery for you to enjoy; the castles, battlefields, the towns and villages and including the special, more hidden places along the way.
My tours are full of fascinating facts about the Highlands – contemporary and historical – plus wonderful folklore, myths and legends. You’ll hear riveting tales of all manner of Highland characters – good, bad and ugly – designed to capture your imagination and create lasting memories that you will treasure for many years to come.
I specialise in Outlander’ tours, Clan histories, Vikings, 5,000-year-old Stone Circles, enigmatic Celtic symbol stones and pagan healing wells. Also the real, ‘more saint than sinner,’ King Macbeth, the infamous, bloodthirsty Wolf of Badenoch and Highland witches, wizards and seers. Speyside Whisky Tours.
I love guiding walking tours of the medieval and modern towns of Nairn,Forres and Elgin –all close to Inverness and the city itself. These are my ancestral clan lands where I have lived for over 20 years I would be delighted to share them with you.

I live in Forres, Moray, and have lived in this area for about six years now, gathering much information of varying kinds over this time.

I am very interested in and knowledgeable about Scotland’s history and that of the Northern Highlands and Moray regions, including local historic figures like MacBeth and Alexander Stewart, the Wolf of Badenoch.

I am also a keen gardener and very knowledgeable about plants and their medicinal properties, learning more all the time.

My other interest lies in the native wildlife, both terrestrial and marine.

STGA Green Badge Guide (Regional Specialist for West and North Highlands, Inner Hebrides and Moray)

Types of tour – half day, full day, extended, year-round, step-on guiding, driver guide (vehicle hired according to client requirements)

Over 20 years ago I first fell in fell in love with the Highlands, when I started working in Morayshire and Speyside. I am now based on the West Coast just a few miles from Glencoe where I live with my wife and young family. Spare time is spent exploring the hidden Highlands with the kids, clambering over ruined castles, strolling along ancient paths or finding seashells along deserted beaches.

I am delighted to explore the country I am proud to call home with visitors from around the world. Helping them discover more about its landscape, legends and history.

There is so much to offer across the Scottish Highlands and I can help individuals, small groups, coach parties, and corporate clients to discover it. Whether you are looking for city tour of Inverness, a more in-depth tour of Culloden Battlefield and the Jacobites, a day excursion around beautiful Loch Ness, or an extended trip island hopping along the West Coast, I can help with a tailor-made tour.

Specialities: Northern & Western Isles (including Skye), distilleries, history (Outlander) and Photography.

I was born in the Spey side town of Grantown of a long established Highland family, and have spent all my life in and around the County town of Dingwall, on the Cromarty Firth. I am interested in the Highlands both historically and for its future prosperity. My long career in Local Government has seen me travel extensively throughout the Highlands and the Islands of the North and West and I am anxious to pass on local first-hand information I have gained to visitors to the area. I would be particularly happy to discuss with prospective visitors what they would like to see as part of their tour.

Born and raised in a town south of Glasgow called East Kilbride but realizing I was spending too much time traveling to the Highlands for recreation, I decided to move here full time in 2003. Inverness has given me a fantastic way of life. The thing I love about living here is the easy access to some stunning and historically interesting places. I don’t have to go far to find something that makes my heart glad. Having a personal relationship with the area means that I can show you these places & entertain you with historical background that gives you a genuine flavour for the area.
My touring cars are a Mercedes Viano and a Hyundai i800. They carry up to seven passengers, these are roomy cars which are fully air conditioned. All of Scotland covered, Driver-guiding and ‘hop on’
